in Dell PowerEdge system we are seeing ACPI error messages like below

ACPI Error: No handler for Region [SYSI] (00000000f7722556) [IPMI] 
(20230628/evregion-130)
ACPI Error: Aborting method \_SB_.PMI0: _PMC evaluation failed: AE_NOT_EXIST
ACPI Error: Region IPMI (ID=7) has no handler (20230628/exfldio-261)
ACPI Eroor: Aborting method\_SB_.PMI0: _GHL : AE_NOT_EXIST


Steps to Reproduce: -

1. Install Ubuntu 24.04.
2. Boot into Ubuntu 24.04 and check the dmesg logs for ACPI error.


Expected Results: - ACPI errors messages should not show in dmesg logs.

Note: same acpi error messages seen from older ubuntu as well example:
22.04.3, 22.04.4
