@vartee This bug is Intel i915 specific.
I am afraid you are experiencing AMDGPU related issue and should look for related open bug or open one by your self. P.S. I remember having similar flickering issues with AMDGPU and adding "amdgpu.dcdebugmask=0x10" helped.
