Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* No-change rebuild for CVE-2024-3094
* Drop unnecessary libgtk-3-0 dependency, gir1.2-gtk-3.0 pulls it in.
* No-change rebuild against libgtk-3-0t64
Extra dependency also dropped from Debian package
