[ Impact ]
* Many apps have broken submenus due to an outdated libappindicator.
* Updating the dependency to the newer libayatana-appindicator3-1 fixes
the issue.
[ Test Plan ]
* install dropbox, try to use submenues in the systray, doesn't work
* replace libappindicator-3-1 with libayatana-appindicator3-1
and they work.
[ Where problems could occur ]
* libayatana-appindicator3-1 is already widely used, kubuntu is behind
in the times.
