I have tested it both on the real DE and also VM. Created a new account in VM (no settings adjustments whatsoever) and still it does not catch those shortcuts.
I wouldn't mind the decorations but the shortcuts issue is weird. Especially, if it works for you. Btw. your tester app has correct decorations compared to DC (Double Commander) but I wouldn't be worried about it.
