gnome-system-tools (3.0.0-10) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Merging upstream version 3.0.0 to have it correctly processed by gbp.
  * Drop manuals for network-admin and services-admin and Provides as well.
  * Adding debian/gbp.conf file.
  * Add implicit_declaration.patch (Closes: #1066239).
