Hello At the moment, I managed to find a solution, after disabling the thunderbolt in the bios, the laptop itself turns off successfully. Perhaps this is not the best solution, but at the moment it is quite working. Regarding the problems with the sleep mode, if the laptop lid is not closed, then with the help of the touchpad, it wakes up without any problems. If the lid is closed, then after opening the touchpad, it does not come out of sleep, but after connecting the mouse and a short pause, it comes out of sleep mode.
