Looking at your /etc/apt/sources.list file (included in the attached VarLogDistupgradeAptclonesystemstate.tar.gz), you have several Groovy deb-src's enabled, but Groovy is EOL so the release files are no longer on these mirrors.
Additionally, you have a teamviewer PPA enabled, which does not appear to have anything for the Jammy release. Please try (1) removing the outdated groovy entries from your /etc/apt/sources.list, and (2) disabling and removing packages from the teamviewer PPA. After that, please try the upgrade again. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1973151 Title: Upgrade from 21.10 to 22.04 failed due to "phantomatic" network issue To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-upgrader/+bug/1973151/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
