Looking at your /etc/apt/sources.list file (included in the attached
VarLogDistupgradeAptclonesystemstate.tar.gz), you have several Groovy
deb-src's enabled, but Groovy is EOL so the release files are no longer
on these mirrors.

Additionally, you have a teamviewer PPA enabled, which does not appear
to have anything for the Jammy release.

Please try (1) removing the outdated groovy entries from your
/etc/apt/sources.list, and (2) disabling and removing packages from the
teamviewer PPA. After that, please try the upgrade again.
