Hi, The libssl1.1 package was provided by the 1.1.1 branch of OpenSSL, which is obsolete and will cease to receive security support from upstream in 2023. We chose to migrate the archive to the new 3.0 version. See this ML thread for more details: https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu- devel/2021-October/041639.html
You probably should contact your vendor for them to fix their package. Marking as Won't Fix. ** Changed in: openssl (Ubuntu) Status: New => Won't Fix -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1969212 Title: libssl1.x dependencies can't be met on 22.04 beta To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openssl/+bug/1969212/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
