@Dustin, could you do a new report using 
$ ubuntu-bug wpasupplicant 
?

then edit /lib/systemd/system/wpa_supplicant.service to add a '-d' to
the ExecStart cmd, restart the system, trigger the bug and add the
journal log

$ journalctl -b 0 > log
