Public bug reported:
In Ubuntu 22.04 after plugging in an HP 107a printer it is neither
automatically recognized, nor appearing in the list of printers that can
be added ( Settings > Printers > Add Printer ).
Following the instructions described in wiki DebuggingPrintingProblems and
checking /var/log/syslog after plugging in the printer I found the following
entries:

Result of ls -l /dev/usb/lp*:
ls: cannot access '/dev/usb/lp*': No such file or directory
The same printer works properly in Ubuntu 20.04.
