When you create a folder called "Documents", ubuntu creates an entry
which is named according to your locale settings (e.g. in german locale
"Dokumente"). Folders named "Documents" and "Templates" are specially
handled in many gtk-aware apps, as well as the "Desktop" folder. It is
no bug, it's a feature. Maybe the only bug is the naming-inconsistency
in en_* locale-translation.
