Public bug reported:
The current uc22 beta image (2022-04-11) shows nothing on the serial
console during boot, nor does it allow console-conf over serial console.
I've double checked with jammy, focal, and uc20 and my serial console is
working fine with all of those images on this same device (an rpi3b+)
but with uc22 I don't see any output at all.

One thing I did notice, is that I do not see a ttyS0 device, which
appears to be what it's expecting to use for the serial console
