This issue affect me. The problem occurs after a resume from suspend, BUT, restart DON'T SOLVE, I need to choose POWER OFF. IMPORTANT (I believe): I'm running in dual boot Ubuntu/Windows 10. If I RESTART on WINDOWS 10, without POWER OFF, network does not work, also. I need to RESTART. I believe that something is setted on HDW LEVEL.
