I first started this particular journey by asking a question as I wasn't sure it was really a bug. https://answers.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fwupd/+question/700933 After a couple of back and forths I was told filing an bug was an option, so I just "converted" that question into a bug report. In that particular case, should I use "ubuntu-bug PACKAGE" or should I do what you advised: "apport-collect BUGID". I'm assuming that running ubuntu- bug would create a new bug report, so apport-collect works best here, but I prefer to ask :) Again, thank you so much.
