I think having this for 22.04 is important, especially that snaps are a
core component of our desktop experience nowadays. Did all the
integration bits land in snapd already? I see that the README file of
snapd-desktop-integration mentions some experimental flags needing
switching. I assume now it's all much easier and streamlined?

Anyway, I approve of this FFe - the earlier the better. And I
fossfreedom I think we can just use this FFe for your parts as well!
