Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: firefox

this issue I'm reporting can be reproduced on any site using javascript to show
dynamic menus, for example: http://www.fis-ski.com/
when selecting any of the links on the left, such as "Cross-Country" or "Ski
Jumping" the related menu items appear without background and are confused with
the "static" page content.

I'm not sure this is an issue with the Ubuntu release, but it dows not
happen on Windows.
