The problem is reproducible. Boot up just now with lid closed resulted
in:
$ systemctl status nvidia-suspend.service
● nvidia-suspend.service - NVIDIA system suspend actions
Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/nvidia-suspend.service; enabled;
vendor preset: enabled)
