This is only an issue for me because Ubuntu now ships LibreOffice as snap pack by default. I can, of course, download the full version from the LibreOffice website, including language packs for any interface languages that I want, and install it, but I'd have to repeat that for every upgrade of LO. For many people, and for me, that's a bit much.
