Public bug reported:
System Info:
Ubuntu 64 bit v21.10
gnome-disk-utility:
Installed: 41.0-1ubuntu1
Candidate: 41.0-1ubuntu1
I have two Sabrent UASP enclosures with SSD disks.
They are connected via a USB 3.1 hub.
Only one disk is displayed. Ubuntu shows them via "lsblk", nautilus file
manager, and /dev/character-device.
If the drive displayed is unplugged, the other shows up.
On the USB 3.1 hub, I have 3 drives plugged in.
An external SATA is in port 1, the drive that shows up in port 2, and the drive
not showing up in port 3.
It definitely looks as though gnome-disk-utility is looking at something
else and ignoring devices.
** Affects: gnome-disk-utility (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
