Hello, same here on an AMD graphics card, kernel 5.13.0-22-generic works fine on Ubuntu and kernel 5.13.0-23-generic hangs for for some time on boot.

Chrome seems to open but the window is transparent. I can open the menu with Alt+space, I see an overlay in front of a terminal window, but nothing more.
