Public bug reported:

The nvidia driver application displays nothing when started, just two options
help and quit;
I expected the three options:
i) Continue using nvidia card normally,
ii) use nvidia card only when required,
iii) disable nvidia card(power saving mode).

Please resolve the issue, my laptop battery drains very fast.
