Here was the following joke: 1) VNC server doesn't start when I'm on Wayland 2) I'm on Wayland due to a glitch when changing keyboard layouts, when I do it on Xorg it freezes the system ~ 100 ms 3) When I'm on Xorg, the Chrome hang doesn't happen, no matter how I overload it with tabs.
