As per Hirsute Hippo release notes [1], libnginx-mod-http-lua was removed since it seems to require lua-resty-core which is not available in Debian or Ubuntu. You can check the discussions which led to this decision in [2]. This is also being tracked in Debian in [3]. As per the release notes [1] and linked bug [2], I am changing the status to "invalid". So we can drive further discussions on this matter in [1]. If you do not agree with my assessment here, please, set the status of this bug back to new and let us know why you think this should be discussed here.
