Task: 
Installation of Hardy Alpha-2 from JeOS- or Server-CD within a 64MB RAM VMware 
machine

Installation-Step: 
Partition disks

Status: 
Virtual disk of 500 MB is partitioned with  ca. 50 MB "/boot" and  ca. 450 MB 
LVM physical volume primary partitions. The creation of the first logical 
volume in the LVM volume group fails.

Error message (see snapshot in attachment):
Error while creating a new logical volume
Unable to create a new logical volume (lv_swap) on vg with the new size 0.

(Selected size was "128MB"!?)

Console 4 output (see snapshot in attachment):
... Out of memory: kill process ... (lvcreate) ...
