Hi, Got the same--or similar--problem since I moved from Debian Etch to Ubuntu a couple weeks ago. Oddly enough, it happens only with Google search results. For the first time I thought it was a Google problem, but I was never able to reproduce it with any other browser. Since then I have observed it twice on Windows XP (at work). On Ubuntu it occurs every three or four searches and sometimes I must reload pages three or more times. The problem seems to be not connected with graphic adapter driver (a week or two after installation switched to NVidia driver--no observable change occured), nor compiz/Emerald (installed a few days ago, and no change either). Configuration: ASRock K7S8X, Athlon XP 2200+ (1800 MHz), 1 GB RAM, kernel 2.6.22-14-generic, nVidia GeForce2 ddr with driver NVIDIA Linux x86 Kernel Module 1.0-9639 Mon Apr 1 2007 (heh, very funny, indeed).
