There is no need for an SRU. The problem does not affect focal as such. This is only an issue when moving from gir1.2-signon-1.0 to gir1.2-signon-2.0 which will only occur in groovy2hirsute and focal2jammy. The Replaces-line can be dropped in jammy+1.
