Hi CPC folks, It looks like there's something wrong with the non-amd64 LXD images for Ubuntu Impish. stgraber kindly helped me diagnose the issue and noticed that the problem is likely in the images themselves. Please refer to this issue:
https://github.com/lxc/lxd/issues/9263 or, more specifically, to his comment here: https://github.com/lxc/lxd/issues/9263#issuecomment-924451756 It seems there's some problem snapd's initialization during the image build, which eventually makes snapd.seeded.service block the container boot and causes other troubles (described in this bug's description).
