Public bug reported:

After a recent upgrade of virtualbox-guest-utils from version
6.1.16-dfsg-6~ubuntu1.20.04.2 to 6.1.22-dfsg-2~ubuntu1.20.04.1 (on an
Ubuntu 20.04 guest system running in a VirtualBox VM), mounting shared
folders doesn't work any more.

When trying to mount a shared folder, the following error messages
appear in /var/log/kern.log:

vboxsf: Invalid info signature: 0x75 0x69 0x64 0x3d!
vbsf_read_super_aux err=-22

After downgrading the package virtualbox-guest-utils (on the guest system) from
6.1.22-dfsg-2~ubuntu1.20.04.1 to 6.1.16-dfsg-6~ubuntu1.20.04.2, shared folders
can be mounted again.

Version information:
Host: Ubuntu 21.04 AMD64, Kernel 5.11.0-25-generic, Virtualbox 6.1.18-dfsg-5
Guest: Ubuntu 20.04 AMD64, Kernel 5.4.0-80-generic

** Affects: virtualbox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Package changed: dkms (Ubuntu) => virtualbox (Ubuntu)
