Public bug reported:

Excuse my poor English.

The problem happens with two machines I installed Gutsy. I doesn't
happen with older Ubuntus.

For a month I work with Gutsy in a 3Ghz Pentiu4, 1Gb RAM, ATI 9600 all-
in-wonder pro, Shuttle FT61 motherboart with Ati RS300 chipset. I use
restricted graphic drivers. When I select shutdown on the menú, the
windows for select shutdown options (shutdown, reboot, ...) usually
needs lot of time (15 seconds) to appear. I don't know why.

Yesterday I installed Gutsy in a Pentium III, 256Mb RAM, nvidia TNT2.
Shutdown menu window appears instantaneusly. But after install
restricted graphic drivers and reboot, when I select shutdown on the
menú, the shutdown windows options again needs 15 seconds to appear.

Maybe is problem with restricted graphic drivers?

I will send you the system files you need. Thank you.
