I just marked another bug as a dup of this one, but someone on there
suggested a timeout, so say it closes when you move off of it for a full
second.  I like that idea both to fix this and because it's not very
difficult to "overshoot" some of the buttons, so a user may go to click
the next or previous button at the bottom and accidentally move past it.
They'd then have (a little) time to correct the mouse position and click
the button before the stack closes on them.  If you just spent some time
navigating through folders trying to find something and all of a sudden
the file browser went *poof* because you aimed poorly with the mouse, I
think you'd be upset.
