I have a Leadtek Winfast DTV1000T Remote control no. Y0400052. I have downloaded the lircd.conf file for this remote from:-
http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/leadtek/Y0400052 Although this has the right serial number the top of the file says that it was bundled with WinFast 2000 in Austrailia! This file when coppied to /etc/lirc (after selecting it and pasting it into Text Editor and saving it) failed. irw produced no output when pressing the keys on the romote. I then downloaded this similar file:- http://lirc.sourceforge.net/remotes/leadtek/Y04G0004 This says the remote was shipped with WinFast 1000 T in the UK. However the number is different to my remote. This file didn't work either. I think that the first file I used should have worked.
