This release mostly touches various messages output by ua-tools. If anyone is relying on particular output of ua-tools (which they shouldn't), then these changes will affect them. We overrode some lintian errors in this release. It is possible that if we overrode them too liberally, it could prevent us from getting legitimate lintian errors in the future. [Discussion] This is a follow up release to 27 that addresses the issues discovered and reported after that release. It does not introduce any major features. The closest thing to a "new feature" is removing beta status from the "cis" service, but that is not so much adding a new feature as it is making an existing feature more visible.
