step to reproduce:
> dbl-click pfx file from Nemo to open gcr-viewer
> (enter password)
> gcr viewer displays pfx contents
> click "import"
> blank popup opens, very small (about 20px * 5px)
> when maximized, popup is still blank (see screenshot)
