That was done 6 years ago, but reverted a few months later (6388ad7919526ff00d5a850c811114e74e74824f and the commit after that drops the Provides) and actually never released.
ISTR that there were such symlinks in the past (before lo-dicts came to be), but they haven't been in place for quite a while.
