SRU Justification:
[Impact]
* This will fix a broken i2c-mlxbf.c driver for BlueField-2.
[Fix]
* Restore previous version of the driver which was tested extensively.
This current version is what was upstreamed but was not tested on the
new BlueField-2 boards with BMC on them.
[Test Case]
* Build a full bfb image and burn it to Camelantis and BlueWhale. Reboot.
* Tested I2C driver via IPMB. Send/Receive transactions to/from BMC.
* IPMB infrastructure enables us to test the multislave functionality.
[Regression Potential]
* This version of the driver was tested by QA/verification for a while
so no known regression at the moment.
