Public bug reported:
I like to modify my background image. However in Hardy I have failed to
be do so.
If I want to change my background I either start (through <Alt>-<F2>)
the gnome-control-center and choose Appearance in the Look and Feel
section or RMB on my desktop and choose Change Desktop Background. I now
have the Appearance Preferences screen (see attachment), I go to the
Background tab and click Add.
However, after selecting my preferred background, the image does NOT get
added.
