Les bugs concernant Ubuntu doivent être redigés en anglais, concernant
votre bug, il s'agit généralement d'un autre outil tel que synaptic,
aptitude, apt-get, restricted-manager ou tout autre programme faisant
appel à apt. Ou éventuellement la mise à jour journalière de la base de
paquet.
Dans tous les cas, fermer la session et la re-ouvrir devrait fermer les
enventuels programmes residentiels.
Etant donné que ce rapport n'est pas un bug (ce serait un bug si update-
manager s'ouvrait alors qu'un autre programme vérouille la base de
donnée), je clos le rapport. Merci de le ré-ouvir si vous avez plus
d'information.

Bugs filed against Ubuntu have to be reported in English. As of your bug, it's
probably due to one other package management tool like : synaptic, aptitude,
apt-get, restricted-manager or any other piece of software using apt and
locking the package database.
It could also eventually be the daily package database update.
In all cases, closing your session and opening it again should close the
remaining softwares using apt.
As this report isn't a bug (having the update-manager to start with
another software locking the database would be), I'm closing it. Feel
free to re-open if you have any update.
