If this issue anyhow connects wine and xserver-xorg-video-intel it wasn't fixed with wine 0.9.51. Using Cedega gives same result with XRandR engine mode, but switching to XVidMode fixes problem, so i assume xserver-xorg-video-intel driver can't properly manage XRandR, maybe this will somehow help.
