Due to that on the start the service fails https://launchpadlibrarian.net/529715016/DpkgTerminalLog.txt I'm not sure on this particular one, but sometimes people make such configurations and newer versions no more support it. E.g. from your upgrade 18.04 -> 20.04. In that case the local configuration that you've done needs to be adapted.
