Public bug reported:

Windows 10 fully patched and Ubuntu 20.04.2 VMs were working up to about
a month ago when they both started to crash with BSOD and kernel panic.
Deleted the image and tried to install a new one, but Windows just keeps
crashing with various BSOD errors during ISO boot, like "SYSTEM SERVICE
EXCEPTION" or previously while the image was still installed with "KMODE
EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" error.
