Public bug reported:

At the beginning the upgrader asks "do you want to start the upgrade",
but after I check the "details", I notice that the start-button is below
the bottom of my screen (1366x768).

Moving the panel up shows a tiny bit of the button so I can proceed.

Really, this is NOT user-friendly.
