Public bug reported:

When I use menu "Go / Up" or click on the superior directory button on
the navigation bar, dolphin correctly displays content of the upper
directory (like `cd ..`), however, it jumps to the first item in the
directory.

Preferable behaviour would be to stay on the previous sub-directory
name. When I have a long list of sub-directories, it is annoying to
search through the listing to get back to the position where I already
was.

(Using menu "Go / Back" behaves this better way. Also konqueror
displayed the previous directory name when using "back" or "up" or when
manually editing the location bar.)

** Affects: dolphin (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
