The problem still exists with kernel 5.4.0-64-generic. The last working kernel version for me is 5.4.0-54-generic In case I remove the wifi adapter (ASUSTek Computer, Inc. AC51), then the system is stable again without network. The attached dmesg output has been collected with kernel version: 5.4.0-54-generic
