Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 rev 1.0 with latest F14e BIOS (support UEFI)
ASUS HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2 (Radeon HD 7850)
Latest Ubuntu 20.10 (UEFI mode), clean install with all updates.

I see black screen instead of GRUB menu (Ubuntu booting successfully)
until I add the following setting:
GRUB_PRELOAD_MODULES=vbe
