Note that the version of the onedrive package in Bionic and even in Focal is quite outdated.
Workaround: With Xubuntu 20.04 in a corporate environment, I successfully use the package from Debian Sid which is frequently updated, usually a few days after new source code releases. The disadvantage is that I do this manually by checking for updates, downloading the package, and installing like "sudo gdebi-gtk onedrive_2.4.9-1_amd64.deb" then "systemctl --user daemon-reload" and "systemctl --user restart onedrive". Similarly I also had to manually install the dependency libphobos2 from Debian Sid. https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive https://packages.debian.org/sid/onedrive https://packages.debian.org/sid/libphobos2-ldc-shared94 I often have network timeouts (with error messages sometimes hard to interpret) but this might be my personal problem. In general the software works fine and I'm thankful for this. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1862595 Title: Onedrive CLI client causes segmentation fault To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/onedrive/+bug/1862595/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
