Note that the version of the onedrive package in Bionic and even in
Focal is quite outdated.

Workaround:

With Xubuntu 20.04 in a corporate environment, I successfully use the
package from Debian Sid which is frequently updated, usually a few days
after new source code releases.

The disadvantage is that I do this manually by checking for updates,
downloading the package, and installing like "sudo gdebi-gtk
onedrive_2.4.9-1_amd64.deb" then "systemctl --user daemon-reload" and
"systemctl --user restart onedrive".

Similarly I also had to manually install the dependency libphobos2 from
Debian Sid.

https://packages.debian.org/sid/onedrive
https://packages.debian.org/sid/libphobos2-ldc-shared94

I often have network timeouts (with error messages sometimes hard to
interpret) but this might be my personal problem. In general the
software works fine and I'm thankful for this.
