Yeah, thanks for the hint about Suspend/Resume with the M1330. As I mentioned earlier, on Kubuntu when I stop KDM all my Consoles are black and Monitor switches off when I change to one. When I start an X-Session then (blindly) I get a save Hibernate/Resume. Otherwise same thing happens with The Screen switching off but the Machine still runs.
