Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better.
There is no package named `ubuntu-manager-core` https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords =ubuntu-manager-core You start with what looks like an `apt-cache policy apport` but then switch to trying to `ubuntu-bug` a different (non-existent) package? Sorry I'm confused. It may help if you better explain your issue. Also, please execute the following command only once, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal: apport-collect 1907078 When reporting bugs in the future please use apport by using 'ubuntu- bug' and the name of the package affected.
