Bug reporting is about finding & fixing problems thus preventing future
users from hitting the same bug.

You've listed the problem package as `ubiquity`, ie. an install issue,
but your description refers to "cannot install hplip" on a system
installed three days prior?  Is this a install issue (as per package
filed against), or a issue needing support relating to hplip?

I suspect a Support site would be more appropriate, eg.
