In Yaru-dark, the data labels on the charts are not visible, as they use the 
same dark font color. In normal light Yaru they are well visible
Open power statistics, select the battery and open the history or statistics 
tab. Switch between Dark and Light theme in appearance, and you see the hidden 
text.
